Refund policy

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase (any time after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund). Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer refund your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order or have any questions, please email us at printandparchment@gmail.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

By placing an order with our shop, you are agreeing that you have read the full item description and care instructions, and that you are responsible for the said care instructions. 

If you receive a product that has been damaged due to shipping, send us a picture of the damaged item at printandparchment@gmail.com and we will happily send you a replacement! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped. 

Please double check that your contact and shipping info is correct. Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For further assistance with your package, please refer to your order tracking number and contact the carrier (USPS or UPS).
